1. The service you are using
nowEmployed provides a job-search workspace: job discovery and ranking, resume storage, application-document preparation, application tracking, follow-up reminders, device sharing, and optional Gmail sending.
nowEmployed is not an employer or recruitment agency. It does not make hiring decisions or guarantee an interview, offer, salary, visa, or employment outcome. Public product previews use illustrative information and are not live vacancies.
These terms cover your use of the website and workspace. The Privacy Policy explains information handling, including the current AI-provider setup. Service and account questions can be sent to youarenowemployed@gmail.com.
2. Your account and eligibility
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over managing their own job search. Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use only accounts and email connections you are entitled to use. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Public browsing does not require an account. Personal matching, resume storage, and application preparation require an account and the relevant setup steps. Permission for AI processing is requested during profile setup; reading a public page does not authorize an AI submission.
3. Job listings and match scores
Roles come from external job sources and job links imported into the workspace. A role can change, expire, or contain inaccurate information after it is retrieved. Check the employer, vacancy, requirements, location, and application destination before acting.
Scores and matched requirements help you compare a role with your recorded experience. Personal ranking may also reflect outcomes recorded in your workspace. A high score is not an employer endorsement or a prediction of success, and a lower score does not prevent you from reviewing a role.
You are responsible for assessing whether an opportunity is legitimate and suitable. A listing or company name does not imply a partnership with nowEmployed.
4. Resumes and AI-generated documents
Upload only materials you are entitled to use. You retain your rights in your resume and career materials. You permit nowEmployed to store and process them as needed to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Application drafts use resume context and verified profile facts. In this product, “verified” means facts recorded as reviewed or confirmed in the workspace; it is not independent verification by an employer or professional credential body.
You must review generated resumes, cover letters, recruiter emails, and answers for accuracy, tone, relevance, formatting, and recipient requirements. AI can make mistakes or omit relevant experience. Do not submit invented qualifications, misleading claims, or content that violates another person’s rights.
The current Gemini integration uses the unpaid API. Its terms permit provider model-improvement use and human review, and prohibit submitting personal, sensitive, or confidential information. Do not submit that information through AI generation. Read the AI-processing disclosure before using the feature. Consent to nowEmployed’s terms does not override Google’s restrictions.
5. Approvals, email, and sharing
You choose which applications to pursue. Review the current document version, recipient address, subject, message, and attachments before approving a send. Approval applies to the version being sent; changes can require another review.
Gmail sending requires a separate Google authorization. An API success confirms that the sending service accepted the request; it does not prove inbox placement, that an employer read the message, or that the application satisfied the employer’s process.
Device sharing depends on compatible applications on your device. Selecting a destination transfers files to that destination. You are responsible for completing any external submission steps and complying with the destination’s terms. Sent emails and externally shared files cannot be recalled by deleting an application in nowEmployed.
6. Tracking and reminders
Application statuses, outcomes, and reminders help organize your work. Keep them current; they are not a live view of an employer’s recruitment system. Notifications can be delayed or unavailable, so keep your own record of important deadlines.
7. Free beta and service availability
The current service is a free beta with usage limits. Limits apply to features such as searches and document generation and can be adjusted as capacity and reliability change. Do not create additional accounts or automate requests to evade them.
Features can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, revoked permissions, source changes, or configuration problems. Keep copies of important documents. Any future paid offer must disclose its price and applicable billing terms before you choose it; these terms do not authorize a charge.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person or submit misleading applications.
- Do not send spam, harassment, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages through connected accounts.
- Do not access another user’s records, bypass authorization or usage limits, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use job imports or automation to bypass a source’s access controls or terms.
- Do not upload information or materials you have no right to process or share.
Access may be restricted or suspended when needed to investigate abuse, protect accounts, or respond to a lawful requirement. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
9. Leaving the service
You can stop using nowEmployed, disconnect Gmail, and export account records from Settings. Download documents you want to keep separately. Contact support for account-closure and erasure requests or if a self-service action fails. Retention and the limits of deleting already-sent or provider-held copies are explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Questions, disputes, and changes
For a service problem, email youarenowemployed@gmail.com with the affected feature, approximate time, and the result you expected. Do not include passwords or private authorization tokens.
Nothing in these terms removes a consumer or data-protection right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or prevents you from approaching a competent regulator or court. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration process.
The date above identifies this version. Changes should be communicated in a way appropriate to their effect. A material new feature, paid offer, or new use of personal information may require additional terms or permission.
